The Structure

Metal Group is divided into 4 strategic divisions, each responsible for a specific sector. These are, in turn responsible for various other companies which, while geographically decentralized, remain under the constant supervision of the parent company.

The first three areas represent the heart of our organization and are strictly related to the scrap metal, primary material markets and steel industry in general. The Real Estate and Finance division, represents a necessary evolution of the group, partially directed toward the interest of Metal Group itself and partially to external entities.

The Refuse and Services area is an ever growing presence in the handling of industrial wastes market. Using a full service plan it deals with:

• treating
• shipping and handling
• programming and advising
• regulations concerning industrial waste

Scraps and Primary Materials

for Steel Meels

This division unites the activities of seven companies, specialized in the collection and working of scrap metals and primary materials, especially iron metals and stainless steel. After being recovered, these metals are further worked until they can be newly utilized by steel mills and iron factories all over Europe.

for Foundries

This division controls the work of two companies specialized in the collection, working and distribution of scrap metal and primary materials, particularly non iron metals, to be used by foundries.

Finished and Partially Finished Metal Products

Division divided into two different companies:

• The first focused on the production of wire and the distribution of consumable welding products with two production factories in Italy and a distribution network in Italy and North America

• The second specialized in the commercialization of pipes for the oil industry using cold wire and other partially finished products

Refuse and Servces

A division encompassing every operational sector in the handling of industrial waste, such activities include the collection and eventual trade in these products. Our companies have a thorough understanding of the sector and this knowledge is coupled with the activities of Metal Group a company experienced in safeguarding the environment, corporate management and the implementation of information systems.

Real Estate and Finance

A division principally concerned with controlling the property of the group, with a view toward achieving the maximum level of efficiency both as operating units and as investments. This policy has quickly brought this group into its own, creating an entirely new area of operations.
